Students who work with the CDO learn early that many opportunities require a head start in planning. This fall the trend continues with more students anticipating a variety of great opportunities for winter break and the spring semester.
The Pomona College Internship Program (PCIP) requires students apply the semester before they intend to intern. The Oct. 2 deadline yielded 104 candidates for the spring semester who are now being evaluated for internships they will pursue in addition to their spring coursework.
Meanwhile our winter break off-campus recruitment programs offer job-seeking seniors and other students seeking summer internships interviews in Boston, New York, Washington D.C. and Los Angeles. This is all made possible by our longstanding membership with the Career & Internship Connections (CIC) and the Selective Liberal Arts Consortium (SLAC). Once again early deadlines prevail with Tuesday, Nov. 10 for SLAC and Monday, Nov. 30 for CIC.
